For more than 80 years the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association has been offering quality services to all its Members. Also it is actively trying to strengthen the manufacturers’ community on the Island. Join the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association and enjoy such benefits as:

Members of the Association consist of manufacturing and service sector companies already established or that will be established on the Island.

 

Manufacturing members shall be partnerships, companies, firms, or corporations or separate operating units thereof, engaged in, or to be engaged in the manufacturing of goods in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. A product is the result of the transformation of raw material, goods or concepts of commercial value through which value is added and a change from its original condition takes place.

 

Service members shall be partnerships, companies, firms, or corporations or separate operating units thereof, and individuals which have some important relationship or essential interest in the improvement of the economic development environment, manufacturing and the export of services in Puerto Rico.

 

Businesses that become members must assign a person to represent them within the Association. This person will participate and will be able to vote during all the activities of the Association.

 

The Board of Directors has the right to approve or decline any membership application, taking into consideration, among other factors, the reputation of the applicant or of its representatives in the business world and in the community, as well as on the Island, in general.
